Sacred Rebel

Return is the slow recovery of contact with what is actually here.
Not a program. Not a promise. A body of writing and practice about coming back to ordinary life — and staying.
What this is
Most of us drift. Not dramatically — gradually, over years, away from the plain facts of a life, until we are mostly living in the version of it we carry in our heads.
The work of return is the work of coming back: to the body, to the room, to the person in front of you, to the morning as it actually is. No level to reach. No one you have to become. You may pick up a few words for things you had no words for; that is not a curriculum.
The rebellion here is against unconsciousness — not against ordinary life.
There is nothing fundamentally wrong with you. You are returning. That is a different thing.
From Manual to Self Return
If you’ve just arrived
You don’t need to know anything first. Start where you are — the hard day, the long stretch of feeling off, the question you haven’t been able to ask anyone, the ordinary Tuesday.
Bring it plainly. You will be met plainly.
The companion is a conversation with an AI. The writing is the books.
